 GOOD VICTORIAN BRASS SEWING NEEDLE CASE / REGD. 1870

This lovely brass needle case is decorated with a floral spray within a symmetric border.

It measures 2 x 2 inches (50 x 50mm)

The registration mark is for February 11th 1870.

It has a four section inner flap numbered 6. 7. 8. & 9 plus two pin pads.

On the closing clasp is the word 'ALEXANDRA' I don't know if its the case name or the manufactures name.

The hinge is sound, the catch works well, and it has no problems at all.
