Returns Policy

Faulty goods or goods supplied different to that which was ordered should be returned to us within fourteen days in the original packaging. We will advise you of which method to return goods by and a full refund of postage costs will be given. Goods that are not faulty but you would still like a refund on must be returned to us within fourteen days. The goods must be in original and resalable condition. On receipt of goods we will immediately issue a refund unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage return costs incurred by yourself. At the time you dispatch goods by our preferred return method we advise that you obtain and retain in a safe place proof of posting.
