    Delivery Times

    • Items are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Customers are asked to consider the time factor when placing orders and ensure they allow enough time.
    • I cannot be held responsible for the length of time it takes for the Royal Mail to deliver your order. Our mail is collected by the Royal mail and all orders are dispatched by early afternoon.

    • Each item is quality checked before it is dispatched. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with the item please email me and I will do my very best to resolve the issue.
    • Customers who leave negative feedback without emailing me with their concerns first will receive negative feedback in return.
    • Customers are asked to note that for hygiene reasons Earrings and Jewellery Sets containing pierced Earrings may not be returned. This also applies to Tiaras and any other items of Head wear. This Policy is set and no allowances will be made under any circumstance.
    • Items may only be returned after notification and must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in their original packaging. Postage will not be refunded and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item, except where the item is found to be faulty.
