Please contact us in the first instance via email stating the full reasons for return.  No refunds will be given for items returned without notice.

We do not accept returns on any items which are no longer required, have not arrived in time or the buyer has not read our information on dispatch times detailed in our shop, individual listings and/or emails.  Please note that although we endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment (excluding bank holidays and weekends), we have no control over Royal Mail collection or delivery services.  

All items are checked before dispatch for faults/damage and should therefore be fault free when you receive them. We cannot be responsible for damage/loss of item(s) caused in the postal system. Claims for damage in transit should be made to the appropriate carrier. 

Refund of cost of item (less initial postage charges) will only be given if item is returned by recorded delivery within 7 days of receipt (at buyer's own expense) and item is returned in its undamaged original packaging.  No refund will be given where the original packaging has been opened, damaged or is missing.  Our refund/return policy as to damaged/open items is decided at our discretion.

We attempt to provide an accurate colour description in our product information section for each item.  The photographs we use are for illustration purposes only and should not be relied upon as colours shown may vary slightly depending on individual PC monitor settings.  However, we understand that occasionally the colour of a product is not exactly what you require.  We will accept returns on this basis, subject to our policy on undamaged packaging and at our discretion.  Returns under this paragraph will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to the postal deductions stated above.

We do not operate a sale or return policy.

All requests for refunds will be decided at our discretion and our decision will be final.
