2 Reichsmark 1937A 24 carat gold plated!!!!
I am selling 2 Reichsmark coins from Nazi era Germany. The coin is plated with 24 carat gold to a very high standard. It is 25.0 mm in diameter and weighs 8 grams. The coin was made in the last year of production: 1937 and comes from the BERLIN mint. The coins were only minted between 1936 - 1939 and so therefore are becoming increasingly rare after many being melted down for their silver content. This coin has been circulated and is 100% authentic and not a copy.
On the obverse of the coin you will see Hitler's predecessor Paul Von Hindenburg who was Germany's greatest WW1 hero elected in 1925. In 1933 he appointed Hitler as chancellor and later died in 1934.
On the reverse you will see the German 'war eagle' clutching with it's talons the infamous Nazi Swastika inside a wreath.
On the edge of the coin you will see an inscription that once translated reads: The common good before the interest of the indivdual.
Questions you may ask may include: Is the coin real gold? The answer to this is yes. To be more precise the coin is professionally hard gilded. Beneath the gold the coin is made up of pure silver, approximately 62.5% / 5 grams. Then the coin is covered in real 24 carat gold to a finish that is of high quality and long lasting.
How quickly will my coin be delivered? I post by first class royal mail recorded. So if its to the UK, the coin should arrive in the next few working days. Worldwide will of course take longer but i will still dispatch the same day.
