If the item is in stock, we use a courier company who collect from our warehouse once a week (normally Fridays). When your payment is cleared we will add you order to the next dispatch, for delivery the next week. The courier company will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. Exceptions to this policy can be arranged please contact us if you require this. If the item is out of stock the maximum wait is 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated. We will contact you to confirm an approximate date after the purchase. If you would like to purchase more than one sofa an extra £15 will be charged per sofa on top of the price below. All items are quality checked before dispatch. Delivery charges are as follows: England - £79 Wales - £85 Scotland - £99 Please contact us for a delivery quote to Northern Island and Republic of Ireland. Delivery is via a 2 man courier team who will bring the beds into your home. They will not assemble the item. Unless an arrangement is made with the drivers before hand for installation.  This is a direct agreement between  buyer and driver.

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period to return the item if you change your mind. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return the item, please include your eBay ID and item number. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged suitable for resale. You must pay the delivery cost of returning the item; this will not be refunded by us. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, refunds will be made the same way in which the monies were received. If any goods/items are damaged please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damaged area. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If any goods/items have to be returned this must be done within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will only be issued once goods have been physically received and checked.
