Faulty items must be returned in original packaging and be as new. Please notifiy us before returning any item, it is VITAL that you include your username, address and reason for return with your item, failure to do this may reseult in a delay in replacement item being sent. Buyers are responsible for payment of return postage.
Faulty items will be replaced, or if no more stock is available a refund will be given.
