SALES POLICY

 

Chi Chi is a very respectable and proud retailer. We pride ourselves on giving you up to date and current fashionable garments at a very reasonable price. Our garments are well made and with reasonable quality material. Keeping up to date with the trend is a must, so garments are not meant to last you forever but for the season ahead! Slightly obvious as you don’t want to be court in last years designs! There is no statement in our policy or neither product's that our garments will last forever nor will these clothes change your life, body shape or anything else, all they will do is change the way you look! As you should know once you make a bid, you can not remove that bid; therefore don’t get carried away and only bid what you are happy to pay! You decide the price……. So bid selectively & carefully!

 

Please be away that the way the garment looks on our model and the way our garments look on you may alter, after all it is a dummy! Most pictures are shown in a size 8 or 10, so you must leave slight alterations for different sizes and body shapes.

 

SIZING/MEASUREMENTS

 

Our listing titles are shown in UK, Europe and USA sizes.

 

All necessary measurements are given at the beginning of each individual listing. These measurements are accurate, so please be sure that you are accurate when choosing a size. Measurements are given in inches so that overseas bidders can easily establish the sizes.

 

REFUNDS  

IMPORTANT STUFF!!!

 

Our policy indicates that we do not refund auction garments. Making threats of negative feedback will not alter this policy! We do not take responsibility if;

 

• Your bum looks too fat!
• You thought it was your girlfriend’s style!
• Your bShortcut to Show Desktopoobs look abnormal.
• Your lumps and bumps are on show
• You thought you could bid £35 and offer £15.
• You bidded on the red, when you wanted the white.
• You bid on a size 12 (because it was cheaper) and then demand a size 10.

 

You should take all this things into consideration when selecting the style of the garments, as no one knows your body like you!

 

You will be charged postage fees + £3.00 on exchanges. The postage fees depend on where the garment is going in the world.

The item should be sent back within 7 working days, or no exchange or a refund will be processed!

On refunds there is a £3.00 surcharge per garment.

NON AUCTION SALES – BUY IT NOW PURCHASES

 

We are a professional business and comply fully with THE DISTANTSELLING LAW. This law states; where any item has been purchased at a set price, via internet or mail order, (where the customer has not been able to touch/see the item before purchase), the buyer has a right to return it for any reason. The seller must accept the buyers return subject to the seller’s reasonable terms and conditions. Our returns policy for buy it now purchases only is;

 

• The buyer must notify us within 7 working days that they intend to return their purchase. The item must be received by us within 10 days of purchase. The garment MUST be returned in the same state it left us.
• Tags intact.
• We will not accept damages goods, such as;
• Buyers trying to squeeze into them, ripping the garment.
• We will not refund garments soiled with make-up or any other stain.
• We will not refund garments smelling of smoke
• We will not refund garments stinking of perfume
• And finally we will not refund garments covered in dog/cat hair!

 

FEEDBACK

 

Numerous buyers/bidders have complained of unsolicited emails from other sellers as a result of bidding/buying from us. This is due to other sellers using our feedback records to gain access to your user ID. This is not our fault, please report these type of activities to EBay should you receive any of these nuisance spam’s.

Majority of negative feedback received by us has either been;

 

• A set up from other sellers!
• Also from new bidders that clearly don’t know how to use the system and haven’t read our policy correctly.

 

As previously mentioned, we are a professional business and we are tired and fed up of the tiny minority of arrogant buyers, who bid, buy and after try to change the terms of sale, which includes demanding a different size, different colour etc. They think we will give into there demands when they threaten us with negative feedback, we will not submit to these threats and we will not tolerate such behaviour.

 

POSTAGE

 

Our postal rates are displayed clearly at the end of each individual listing. We supply the rates for both UK and overseas buyers. Our standard service is 1 st class delivery; please note that we can not track the parcel whilst being delivered. We offer a range of postal options which include special delivery and recorded delivery which you can view in each individual listing, if you require any special arrangement/postage please email us with them.

 

So that we can provide a fast, low priced postal service. Our garments are packed plainly, neatly and minimal.

 

DAMAGES

 

In the very rare event of a damaged garment being sent out, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. Let us know what the problem is and we will do our best to cater your requirements. If the option of a replacement garment is available, we will offer you an exchange. If this is not the case we will give you a full unconditional refund as soon as the garment is returned.

 

BIDDING REQUIREMENTS

 

We will NOT accept bids from:

 

• Any bidder who places and then retracts a bid without contacting us with a valued reason.
• Previous non payers.
• Anyone who has received a non paying strike from any other seller within the previous 30 days.
• Buyers who have previously left us negative feedback with no good reason.

 

NOTE

 

If after 7 days your payment has not been received, we will promptly file a non paying alert, and we will follow through with a non paying strike.

 

PAYMENT

 

We are happy to accept payment by paypal, cheque, postal order or credit/debit cards, from UK BUYERS ONLY. We can only accept paypal (in UK sterling) from overseas customers.

 

THE LAST BIT

 

We take a lot of time ensuring our listings have all the correct and necessary information, we do this to make it clear to buyers what it is they are bidding on. These listings are for the buyer’s convenience. So please understand how frustrating it is when we get bomb-barded with emails asking us very simple questions, which could be answered if they simply read the listing and description.

 

So please read the item listing and description carefully and then after that if you have any genuine further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
