Available in pearls, diamante or beads, Bra Straps are available with 3 different types of fittings:
Stretchy
Strung on strong elastic which stretches to the required fit and are comfortable to wear.
Adjustable
These designs do not stretch. At the front is a see-through strap with a bra hook – at the back another see-through strap a bit longer with an adjuster fitting which allows you to regulate the length of the strap. The straps can be adjusted to the exact length required. This type of fitting is perfect for those ladies requiring that little bit of extra support. The decorative part is then on the top of your shoulders.
Halter Neck
This is just one strap which is longer than the regular length. It is worn round the back of the neck and the 2 ends are hooked into the 2 front loops of the bra. This type of strap is not to be worn with halter neck tops, but with all other styles. When worn, they are the most flattering as they will be seen even with jumpers, cardigans and jackets.
How do I fit the straps on to my bra?
Firstly, you’ll need a bra with detachable straps. These bras are commonly referred to as strapless or multiway bras.
Next, unhook the existing straps from your bra and connect the new ones in the same fashion.
How do I adjust the length of my straps?
In the same way as you would ordinary bra straps. Try setting the length a little longer than normal at first, and try them on. Take care with this, as over tightening the straps could cause them to break. Remember, they are delicate!
Do the straps fit any bra?
So far so good! Our straps fit perfectly onto all the strapless and multiway bras we’ve tried and tested. Some of the larger ladies in our trials preferred to sew them onto their bra for security. However, if you find your straps don’t fit your bra, please let us know. We’ll be more than happy to offer you a refund.
