Payment: Payment to be paid please WITHIN 2 DAYS of the Auction finishing unless agreed otherwise with me the seller. Paypal, e-cheques, personal cheques and postal orders. bank transfer If you are unsure please email me and we can discuss options of payment.

Promise: I try to provide good photographs of everything that I sell and try to describe items as accurately as possible (including any damage or wear and tear). I am  a dealer, I trade on eBay for fun, and all of the items I list, are brand new I welcome any questions and would prefer you to ‘ask before you bid’ if you are unsure on anything, as once you bid you do enter into a legally bidding contract within the eBay regulations.

Refunds: If the item is faulty, which is highly unlikely or for any reason does not match the description I am happy to refund you the selling price of the item but we will have to look into to it before any suggestion is made for a refund only (not the postage). I do not accept refunds for items that do not fit so please check the sizes/Item description before bidding. If you are in anyway unhappy with anything you purchase, please contact me immediately. I buy as well as sell on eBay and do not like to disappoint any customers

Postage and Packing: I do not allow pick ups from my address or wish to meet to exchange goods for cash so please don’t ask or presume this. I try to keep all postage and packing prices to a reasonable level. I do, however, buy Bags, Labels, Fragile Tape, Packing Tape and try to pack all my items well. Therefore, some of the charge goes towards these items, not just postage alone (and packing some Items does take time). I post items once payment is made and always the same day or following day if I have missed the post office. the invoice at end of auction or if neither is shown please contact me before any payment by you is made. If you don’t like my postage rate’s … then please don’t bid.

Missing Parcels: Once your item is posted by me it is the Royal Mails job to deliver it, and sometimes they fail to do this, therefore should your item not be received, with the new UK internatoinaly postal. Therefore for any claims of non receipt of item/s - proof of postage will be forwarded to you the buyer after 14 days of date of posting... and then you will have to make the claim for compensation yourself. Therefore for peace of mind, please choose recorded delivery…! But I do always print my address on the back of the parcels therefore it will be returned to me but does take a few weeks.

Feedback: I will always leave feedback a positive feedback once you have left the same and if for know reason a customer leaves a negative feedback then we will do the same for you.
once the transaction is complete, that is when I know that the item has been safely received. Feedback is an important part of the eBay experience and is of the upmost importance to both Buyers and Sellers as it helps to have a little insight about the people we deal with.
