Bidding: Please only bid on an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We reserve the right to cancel a bid in extreme circumstances.
Payment: Payment or contact regarding payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary, before the 7 days after the auction ending has lapsed by e-mail or telephone

DELIVERY NOTES
We deliver anywhere in mainland UK excluding the highlands of Scotland for a set delivery price, please contact us regarding quotes.
It may also be necessary for you to accept the first delivery date offered if we are to meet specific delivery deadlines i.e. Christmas.
Please don't forget to contact us with your address and telephone number so that we can arrange delivery / shipping: We try to make sure the shipping costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted shipping charges.
Feedback: We do hope you leave feedback for us, but for those who prefer to stay anonymous, we will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us.
Faulty Items: We do our best to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event you have a problem we promise we will do our utmost to sort it quickly most of our items are dispatched by ourselves through our own delivery service but smaller items may be dispatched by independent courier who have been tried and tested by ourselves.
