Terms and conditions of the salePrint

A 'Working Day' is defined as Monday to Friday providing that day is not an Irish bank holiday.

Items purchased before midday on a working day will ship that day. Purchases made after midday will ship on the next working day.

Delivery within Ireland is usually next working day. Delivery to mainland UK is 2 to 3 days.  Other delivery times vary by location.

Saturday despatch is not possible as the couriers do not collect at the weekend.

Saturday delivery is possible within Ireland at a premium, but is not available elsewhere.

All the guitars, amplifiers and electrical products we sell are brand new and carry a warranty - either provided by the manufacturer, or in the absence of such, by ourselves.

We do not deal in used products or accept part exchange.

All the guitars have a basic factory set up, but would benefit from some professional adjustments to meet your specific requirements after approximately five hours of playing time. Your local guitar shop should be able to do this for you at a small cost.

After delivery, please allow the guitars to reach room temperature before playing. Playing a cold guitar can cause cracking or crazing of the lacquer, and cause tremolo units and other metal components to snap or distort.

Due to carriage and changes in temperature during transit, the guitar may need some minor adjustments before playing.

The guitars are shipped with slackened strings to prevent transit damage to the neck or bridge.

If adjusting a floating bridge, please release the string tension first. Failure to do this will lead to scratches on the top.

Guitars can be collected in person from the shop if required.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

The customer is liable for the cost of the return. The item remains the property, and therefore responsibility of the customer until a refund has been issued.

A refund will not be issued until the returned goods have been received in acceptable condition as specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The goods must be returned in new/re saleable condition complete with all packaging, protective coverings and loose components.

No partial refund is possible.

Unacceptably used or worn items will be returned to the customer C.O.D. No responsibility will be accepted by Candy Apple Red Guitars for the item's re-delivery beyond resealing and readdressing the carton.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyerand exceptions.
