Other Important Information

Minor imperfections - this is a high quality wooden product that has travelled many miles and passed through many hands before reaching you. You may receive it with some minor damage such as scratches or chips from the wood. We will not accept returns for these minor blemishes.

Product care - to protect your chicken coop from water and weather damage treat regularly with an exterior wood preservative.

We email on the day of dispatch it is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address has a person available to sign.When signing for your item please sign for it "unchecked " if you do not and once you have opened the package and it is damaged you will not be insured.
