Item(s) must be in the same condition that it was sent in and the products packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Only the value of the item(s) will be refunded excluding P+P.
Please contact us prior sending the item(s) back so arrangements can be made.
Refunds will also be given on defective item's (excludes P+P cost).
I will not be responsible for item's that are damaged/broken during transit, this should be reported to your local postal service unless the item is insured then in most cases a replacement will be sent. |
