What happens if my irons stop working or even fail to work when i receive them?ion
There is a procedure in place, set up by GHD®:-
In the event of a claim we will send you a pre-paid Special Delivery bag addressed directly to GHD®.
Prior to returning your faulty iron to GHD, please ensure you have registered your warranty at www.ghdhair.com.
You need to place the faulty GHD®, a copy of the invoice/proof of purchase & a brief note detailing the fault into the bag. Take the bag to your nearest Post Office. You will be given a receipt for your parcel which you need to keep safe in case of future query.
After approximately 7-10 working days you will receive a repaired/replacement iron direct from GHD®.
In the extremely unlikely event of your irons arriving DOA (Dead on arrival) the same procedure is used but you would always receive a brand new set of irons direct from GHD.
In all repair/replacement work, including DOA (Dead on arrival), this is the procedure set up by GHD to ensure the safest and fastest method for the benefit of our customers, this service is completely FREE OF CHARGE!
Can i return my item? day returns policy
All goods must be returned within seven days in brand new, unused and resaleable condition. The security seal must be intact and the box unopened. **Please be sure that you have received the correct item before breaking the security seal!** (Black box - Medium MK4; Silver box - Wide MK4; White box - Wide Mk3; Mustard box - Slim Mk 3)
Sufficient postal insurance must be purchased to fully cover the item whilst in transit. The refund will be for the cost of the iron (i.e. postage costs are not refundable unless goods are not as described).

Do we ship overseas?
Yes! We ship to all countries within the EEA.
Do we sell for re-sale?

Our prices are always highly discounted and we believe the best on Ebay. However, in the instance of a multiple purchase, we can offer a small postage discount if a courier (2-3 working days) and your area is covered, instead of Royal Mail Special Delivery, please contact us for details.
