1. Goods are supplied brand new by perfection hair and beauty from branded suppliers.
2. Please upgrade to recorded delivery to insure your parcel for compensation in the unlikely event it goes missing. any item sent normal post which goes missing cannot be tracked, in the unlikely event the parcel does go missing please contact us and we will supply the customer a certificate of posting and original receipt to conduct their own enquiries with royal mail. Higher value goods will only be sent out special delivery.  
3. Goods are posted out within 2 days of purchase. If purchased on weekend goods will be sent following working day goods bought before or on national holidays where post office is closed, the goods will be sent following working day. Please note we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed goods in the post as it is out of our control once goods have been posted. Please not the postage cost reflects not only the cost of a postage stamp but the cost of the packaging too. For up to date postage costs please visit royal mail website. 
4. In the unlikely event of goods not in stock the customer will be notified promptly.
5. Any goods damaged or lost in transit will have to be claimed for from royal mail if you upgrade to recorded delivery you will have compensation up to £36 normal post will not have any compensation for damaged or lost goods. Good sent by special delivery will be covered up to a maximum of £500.
6. Customers who wish to return goods can only return goods which have not been used or unopened. Goods which are not sealed in the first instance will not be accepted for return. Customer must contact us before they want to return any item to get authorisation. The customer will only be refunded the price of the goods not the delivery charges the customer must bear the cost of the delivery charge. Any returns must be received back within 7 days.
7. Returns will not be accepted for any item bought in error.
Selected items will not be accepted for return and theses will be clearly stated in the item description.
8. If the wrong goods are sent out by Perfection Hair & Beauty please contact us and we will refund the return cost of postage and resend out new goods once wrong item is received.
9. combined postage is offered in all our purchases our rate it highest postage rate first then £1.00 for every item thereafter combined postage should be calculated automatically if this is not the case then overpaid postage will be refunded through PayPal.
10. Ghd hair straighteners are covered by a two year rtb warranty only in the United Kingdom.
