Returns Policy
All items may be returned for refund within 7days of dispatch, please note that we do not credit Postage costs, and all items must be sent back in Original Packaging.  We charge a restocking fee of 20% or £1.50 whichever is greater.  Please email us to advise us the reason of the return.

Faulty Items
If items are found to be faulty, we will refund up to 14 days after dispatch or replace the item after a full inspection on return.  Please email us with full fault description before returning.

Damaged Items
Whilst we ensure products leave us in original condition and suitably packaged, damages on occasion can occur via Post.  If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately with description of damage and also a picture before sending back.  Items returned as damaged that are found not to be i.e. - Broken lamps, (which have a disclaimer on the auction) will not be eligible for refund or replacement; we will advise you on receipt of email/picture.

All our packages are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated on the listing.  Proof of postage is held for every package/parcel dispatched.  Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until after 15 days of posting.  If you have not received your item please contact us after this period
