You are viewing a delightful heart shaped porcelain jewellery box in the Meissen manner. The box features a gorgeous hand painted panels showing a chubby cherub in romantic interplay with a heavenly maiden. The details are very fine, definitely the work of a steady and talented hand. There is even a rose floral spray on the inside of the case.

This is complemented by the intricate gold leaf painted designs including leaves and other arabesques. We have included a close up of the factory stamp on the underside. It is offered in perfect condition and we will ship to anywhere in the world.
