This is a most FABULOUS TIE PIN

Victorian Set With Natural Turquoise Stones.

A Beautiful Rose Cut Diamond Set To The Centre.  

 

As with many pieces from this period it is not hallmarked, but the pin tests as solid 9 carat yellow gold and the head is 18 carat yellow gold.


 

If you examine the pictures you will see that the colours of the Turquoise vary slightly, these are not replacements, but a natural phenomena with NATURAL turquoise as they change colour as they age, Turquoise is like a living stone.

CONDITION: Excellent.

DEFECTS:  None.

DATE/MARKS: The setting is 18 carat the pin 9 carat.

CARAT WEIGHT: The Old Mine Diamond measures 0.02 Carats.

DIMENSIONS: Size of Head: 1.53 cms, Length of Pin : 7.4 cms.
