14 Days of receipt

Fixed price items can be returned in the same condition as dispatched in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase for refund of purchase price not including sending or return postage costs. Seller needs to be contacted within 7 days of receipt of item to arrange return. Goods are very carefully described but a full refund of purchase price and postage is available where goods arrive significantly not as described, for example damaged, or not at all which is very rare. Buyer will need to email a photo of any damage prior to refund and/or return. A claim will be made to Royal Mail in these circumstances. Additional insurance and/or tracking may be taken out at our discretion at no additional cost to buyer. Buyer will need to confirm any damage or loss of item in transit when contacted by Royal Mail. Domestic customers please allow 7 working days from shipping notification and overseas customers 14 working days before emailing us regarding non receipt of item.
