I offer a seven-working-day returns policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Returns will be accepted PROVIDED that the following conditions have been met.
1)The buyer must inform me of any returns request within 72 hours or receipt and send the item back to me via a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) within 7 days of receipt of item
2)The item is undamaged, unworn and in a fully resaleable condition with all packaging materials replaced. (shoes that show signs of outdoor wear will be returned to the buyer as un-reselable.)
In relation to returned items that are faulty I will refund buyers original item price plus all buyers postage costs for returning the said item.
In relation to items that are simply unwanted, unsuitable or for sizing issues I will require buyers to return the said items at their own expense by a recorded service with adequate insurance for the said item ,a 10% handling charge will be applied to the refund to cover postage and restocking charges.
Please ensure you are buying the correct size of shoe that you require, I will happily answer any questions regarding sizing. I cannot always offer an exchange of size as I do not always have a full size run of every style available. If I do have the size and style available in my stock i will happily exchange but I will require buyers to return the original pair to me in accordance with the above conditions and paying all costs for postage of exchange item. |
