Please do not pay for your purchased items until we send you an invoice showing you the correct postage. We have had numerous incidents recently where overseas buyers have altered invoices or simply made up what they thought to be the costs for items being sent from the UK. Please do not do this but wait for this company to send you the correct postage on an invoice

ALL items we post and especially overseas packages are shipped by recorded delivery, which makes the shipping and receipt safer for both the sender and the buyer,

THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE , ALL ITEMS ARE RECORDED DELIVERY TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD INCLUDING THE UK SO IF IN DOUBT CHECK FIRST!!!

ITEMS RETURNED HERE AS “ NOT PICKED UP BY THE ADDRESSEE FROM THE PARCEL DEPOT ”

Due to the recent increase in this issue we have decided after consultation with E bay that Any items that are returned to this company having had a Royal mail “while you were out card “ placed through their door by the Royal mail and then the buyer having not actually gone and picked up the item WILL be recharged recorded delivery costs a second time for the item to be resent as this is obviously not the fault of this company if the item has not been picked up by the addressee / buyer. And any argument over whether the addressee/ buyer had or did not have a “while you were out card” pushed through the door is an argument the buyer must take up with the royal mail directly as we do not control the Royal Mail and are merely a sender not a carrier or postal company and it is our opinion that Royal Mail/ Postmen are not liars and do not say they have left a card if they have not.

So if you do not want to be recharged for reposting then please pick up any item purchased the first time you are informed it is waiting for you!!
