Return or Exchange/Refunds 
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Mobilepartz. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices. 

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the item to us for exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. You will need to contact us prior to return in order for us to raise a returns authorisation - see below for details.

All items must be returned in resalable condition and with retail packaging (where appropriate).
 
> If you return an item that is not faulty or defective the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount

> In the case of a faulty item the refund will be for the full amount paid including shipping 

> Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost and any loss that may occur due to poor packaging or if the item is lost transit 

> Buyers should always check the 'item description' for detailed information on the product prior to purchase to avoid dissatisfaction.

Returns procedure
To cancel or return an item, you will need to send us a request in writing/by email within seven days of delivery of your item (s), quoting your order number.
