Complete front cover, battery cover and keypad. Incorporates Orange or no network logo (front cover). Please state preference with purchase othewise we will send an Orange branded cover as pictured.

Item Condition
Grade A product - in as new condition with no easily visible marks or scratches. Item ideal for phone repair or refurbishment.

Fitting
This original product can be fitted easily with no tools required. Fascias are released by sliding a fingernail between the facia and chassis and applying light pressure. The battery cover is removed by pusing the release button at the bottom.

Lost, delayed or damaged mail
Items sent out are all recorded and certified by the post office or couriers we use. In the case of an item not arriving we follow post office guidance and will not consider an item lost until 15 working days (UK) and 25 (international) have elapsed from the date when the item was sent. In other cases of guaranteed delivery times this will not apply eg special delivery.

Customer assistance/cooperation will be requested prior to any replacement being sent in the event of a loss or damage claim.

The normal time for a claim to be processed by Royal Mail is six weeks from the date of submission. We will resolve and compensate the buyer (if appropriate) once the claim has been dealt with successfully. In some instances a replacement item will be sent, however this will normally occur if the mail has specific tracking information where it can be demonstrated that the item has not reached its destination.
