We have an extensive range of accessories that include, in car chargers, mains chargers, replacements screen lens, phone components, batteries and battery back covers. We are based in the UK and all products are shipped from our distribution centre in the North West.
We use Royal Mail 1st class business post for all items and they are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Recorded – normally 1 - 3 working days, but not guaranteed.
Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost; this will be 15 days from date of dispatch. For items sent recorded delivery this will be 18 days. As you are well aware we cannot control, influence or be held responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections. However we do control when your item is dispatched and this is normally within 1 working day of receipt of your PayPal payment.
Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.
We accept PayPal, postal order/bankers draft and cheques.
Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.
A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turnaround Monday to Friday.
Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept software or goods containing software where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return items to us parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging. Please remember you are responsible for the goods until received by us.
Include a short note detailing your eBay user name, address and reason for return.
Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance.
