Shipments within the UK are through Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. This service includes insurance up to £500.  We DO NOT ship by First Class Recorded because this does not cover compensation for jewellery claims. We trust our customers wish to receive the fine jewellery they have purchased.  We will not take responsibility for fine jewellery lost in the post.

Overseas Shipments are normally done by Royal Mail international signed for which takes 12-15 working days depending on the destination. However, Royal Mail Airsure is offered as an alternative for those requiring items to be tracked all the way and faster delivery (not guaranteed). 

Non-UK buyers are responsible for all customs duty, import taxes and similar taxes or charges relating to the export of the goods.
