Payment

By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).  Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day. 

Shipping

All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class – normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be sent out within 24 hours.  We use Royal Mail 1st class as our delivery service. We will not be responsible for any delivery fault for normal first delivery. Or you can choose to pay 70p more to have the First record delivery to avoid any delivery fault. Please do not bid if you disagree with the shipping and handling charge.

No combine shipping discount.

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 30 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 30 day period. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or your local postal service.

P&P Explained

Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp.

To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

Warranty / Returns

Most items come with a WEEK WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay. We will send you a replacement or refund you.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via message, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all messages on a 24hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 2 working days. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the replacement or refund will be delayed.

Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?

A: All items bar high value items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing except Weekends & Bank Holidays. Please check the listing for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class service; UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but The Royal Mail does not guarantee this.

Q: Can I have combine shipping if I buy multiple listing items?

A: Sorry, we do not have any combine shipping for our listing items. If you purchase multiple items at the same time, we will delivery them at the same package. Please inform us if you require to delivery them separately before item dispatched.

Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?

A: We apologize in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all messages on a 24hr from Monday to Friday. Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.

Q: I would like a refund?

A: A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days, and in its original condition. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, and we will provide you with the information you require to return the item. All returns are processed within 5 working days.
