Delivery:
All items are sent using standard Royal mail 2nd class unless otherwise stated.
Heavy or large items will be sent by Royal mail parcel post.
Items paid by PayPal or Credit card will be sent within 1-2 working days of payment being received. (However we do aim to send out items on the same day as payment is received, where possible.)
If paying by cheque please allow up to 14 days for delivery, to allow for payment to clear.
Return policy:
99% of our stock is brand new, and therefore comes with manufacturers guarantee.
If your purchase is not as described or you are not entirely satisfied we will refund your money upon return of goods. (Product must be in original packaging and in the same condition as when we sent it.)
If your purchase is faulty please return to us and we will replace it.
We will NOT refund postage costs.
Under no circumstances will shaver foils or cutters be accepted for refund once the packaging has been opened. So please ensure you are buying the correct one.
