It is my policy to leave feedback once it is received. Bidders who have no feedback, negative feedback for non-payment or bid retractions may have their bids removed unless contacting me BEFORE bidding. NON PAYING BIDDERS WILL ALWAYS BE PROSECUTED!!! ALL PAYMENTS TO BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS.

RETURNS POLICY
All items are described accurately to the best of our ability and knowledge so we will only accept returns if the item is found to be grossly misrepresented by our description. As stated above, all measurements and weights are approximate and may vary slightly. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item because it has been misrepresented, please return it to us undamaged and in the original packaging within seven days of receipt. Please enclose your evidence that the item is fundamentally not as described. The sort of evidence we will accept is a letter from a qualified jeweller on letter headed paper or some similar document. After satisfactory inspection of the item and the evidence we will happily refund the purchase price. Postage is not refundable under any circumstances. If you do not agree to these terms please DO NOT bid as you are entering a legally binding contract on these terms by doing so. We do not accept returns of damaged goods as all items are properly inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will provide you with the tracking details for the postal service and you may claim compensation directly from them. All items are posted fully insured. Please read our feedback to get an idea of the quality and service we offer.
