EU SHIPPING COST: From £11.99 per item(Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland ,Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain only), get up to unlimited items delivered for same postage charges. For EU we do recorded delivery. It may take upto 5 working days to deliver.

If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will leave a card in order for you to get in touch with them to arrange a suitable time for delivery. We operate a no quibble 14 day refund/exchange policy.  A full refund, excluding initial P&P charges, will be given providing goods are posted back within 14 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays the return postage costs.

When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items.  In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim.

We appreciate that shoe boxes may become slightly damaged in transit, however, we cannot accept returns on items where the packaging has been written on, taped up, or in the case of clothing, where the bags have been excessively torn.

Please note that the buyer has to pay all the postage cost for the exchnage or refund. In case there is any fault in the item or wrong item has been despatched we will  pay for all teh postage costs.

Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue full refund including transport charges both ways. We are here to help.
