Item has Samsung embossed on the chrome part of the carry strap and is a genuine item manufactured by Samsung. For use with all phones that have a loop for a wrist/carry strap

Product contents: 1 x Samsung black carry strap (bulk packed). Length 3.5" or 9cms.

Fitting:

Product atttached by threading the thin end of the strap through the phones's strap loop. Then pass the actual strap through the loop and tighten.

Compatible with the following phones:

Any phone that has a fitting for a carry strap - normally a small hole or thin bar.

Stock is bulk packed in a poly bag - no retail packaging

Lost, delayed or damaged mail
Items sent out are all recorded and certified by the post office or couriers we use. In the case of an item not arriving we follow post office guidance and will not consider an item lost until 15 working days (UK) and 25 (international) have elapsed from the date when the item was sent. In other cases of guaranteed delivery times this will not apply eg special delivery.

Customer assistance/cooperation will be requested prior to any replacement being sent in the event of a loss or damage claim.

The normal time for a claim to be processed by Royal Mail is six weeks from the date of submission. We will resolve and compensate the buyer (if appropriate) once the claim has been dealt with successfully. In some instances a replacement item will be sent, however this will normally occur if the mail has specific tracking information where it can be demonstrated that the item has not reached its destination.
