If you need to return goods to us for any reason:

Please send us an email to confirm that you wish to return any item you have purchased.

Upon receiving the email we will send you an acknowledgement by email which will also include the returns address to which to send.

Your right to cancel:

You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason until the end of the 7th working day after the day of receipt of the goods. On cancellation, you must return the goods to us undamaged. You will have to pay the costs of returning the goods to us. You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged whilst in transit.

Whilst in possession of the goods, you are under a statutory duty to take good care of them. We reserve the right to claim against you for goods returned which have been damaged or otherwise made unfit for resale whilst in your possession. When you cancel an order, we will refund the price paid within a period of 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Return of Defective Goods:

We offer a “no charge” return service for goods found to be defective within 14 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to package the goods so as to prevent damage during their return to us. On receipt of the goods by us, we shall at our option either replace such goods or refund the purchase price - provided that you return to us all parts of the goods that were delivered to you. If, when we examine the goods, it is evident that the defect has arisen due to the failure to follow any instructions that may have been included with the goods, we reserve the right to refuse or limit any refund.
