Said to be the best chestguard in the world, the hybrid is now probably the most used guard in the U.K. The Hybrid guard is similar to most other guards except that there is a vinyl panel to eliminate "string grab" and therefore reduce inteference if string touches chest guard. Ample strap adjustment gives a very good fitting guard.  The Black "Hybrid" has a black vinyl panel, is trimmed with black webbing but has either red mesh, green mesh or blue mesh.
