RETURNS POLICY:

To return an item, you must e-mail me within 3 days of receiving the item, where I will then reply with the information on how to return the item. Please do not just return the item without contacting me. 

If the item is not damaged/faulty, then I will only accept returned items that are in a brand new, un-worn condition in its full undamaged packaging that has been in a smoke free environment. If you wish to return the item, no postage costs will be reimbursed, only the cost of the item itself will be refunded. The refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item.
