Published in 1897, this book is in GOOD CONDITION! for its age and especially to be 112 YEARS OLD!!!  The interior offers clean and unmarked pages, ALL PRESENT AND FIRMLY BOUND. The most significant flaw is the front hinge is gently cracked.  There is mild shelf wear.  Otherwise, reading is accomplished with enjoyment and ease in this fine volume. This book measures approximately 8" X 9 1/2" and is a heavy volume. This RARE!!! gem of a book won't last long; especially with NO RESERVE!
