All of our parts are good quality & tested prior to dispatch (where applicable).
All items carry a 7 day return policy, on orders where we have made an error by way of dispatching the incorrect/faulty part(s) or should part(s) be damaged in transit.
This means is that you have 7 days from the post marked date, to return merchandise for a refund once we have given the approval for a return.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us via e-mail ASAP and we will do the best we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have sufficient time to return the order, once we agree on the return.
We will be unable to correct any order after the 7 day period. gtschris ltd will pay for the return delivery fee (Parcelforce 48 or 1st class Royalmail) associated with returned merchandise only when we have made an error.
Please note: All our parts are UV marked, do not attempt to return a faulty part off your car claiming we have dispatch a poor quality item. |
