For a limited time only we are offering free Ground shipping on multiple item orders over $75. Free shipping is available only to addresses within the lower 48 states and will be sent either UPS Ground or Fedex Ground (at the discretion of MyBinding).  Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and internationally do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is not available via USPS priority mail. 

If you order more than one item ebay will automatically adjust your invoice, otherwise the invoice will need to be manually adjusted.  If you need your items in a hurry, you can calculate the cost for expedited shipping using the shipping calculator below. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will usually find that USPS priority mail is the most economical shipping method. If you are ordering multiple items, we are always willing to combine shipping provided that they are paid for at the same time. You should be able to use the ebay system to calculate shipping charges. However, if you have problems please contact us at 1-800-944-4573 and we can provide you with a shipping quote.

Whenever possible we try to ship your order the same day it is placed. However, in some rare cases there may be a delay in shipping your product. If we are unable to ship your product within one business day you will be notified by phone or email with an ETA so that you may know when to expect your product.

Since we are authorized dealers for all of the manufacturers that we represent, most equipment that we carry comes with a warranty directly from the manufacturer. Be careful in buying equipment from non authorized dealers since the warranty on your machines may not always be recognized. At MyBinding we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of your original purchase. You will be refunded the amount of your original purchase minus a 15% restocking fee. Refunds on products returned that originally qualified for free shipping will be reduced by the outgoing shipping costs incurred by MyBinding. If you wish to return equipment within the first 15 days it must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Supplies submitted for return must unopened and unused. If you wish to return an item please contact us for a Return Authorization and return it to us at your expense. Any products received without a return authorization will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted on items more than 15 days after purchase.

Some items carried by MyBinding are considered custom and are not accepted for return. Such items include hard cover cases, custom sized combs (15 ring), customizable thermal binding covers, pre-punched paper or covers, colored coil in sizes larger than 16mm, 3:1 pitch coil, 5:1 pitch coil or coil in lengths other than 12" and any imprinted materials. Other non returnable products include all service parts (including blades and cut sticks), pouches with slots, 8.5" x 5.5" products and other non standard sized covers. These items are made or cut specifically for your order and thus can not be returned.

After the 15 day return period, machines that are defective or broken are covered by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty.
