• I try to describe items as accurately as possible. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please email me within seven days to arrange return/refund.
• If you do not intend to pay for this item please DO NOT bid.
• PAYPAL is my preferred payment method - I get paid quicker so you get your goods quicker. I don’t charge extra for PayPal in accordance with ebay rules.
• PLEASE NOTE I NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYPAL E-CHEQUES BECAUSE THEY TAKE TOO LONG TO CLEAR.
• I also accept cheques drawn on a UK bank OR British Postal Orders. Items are sent when payment clears.
• I ask that you pay within SEVEN days of the auction end - or at least let me know if you want longer.
• I pack items well and send by Royal Mail, obtaining a Certificate of Posting. If you require Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or any other service please advise me. This will usually cost more.
• I will not be responsible for items ‘lost in post’ unless insurance is paid for by the buyer.
• I will send you an invoice, usually within 24 hours of the auction end and would appreciate you using ebay’s checkout system so that I know how and when you wish to pay.
• Please leave feedback when you receive the item so I know you have received it. I always leave feedback once you have left yours (sometimes before).
• I will combine or reduce postage for multiple purchases. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE EMAIL FOR POSTAGE QUOTE BEFORE BIDDING - Thank you - I only use airmail because surface mail takes too long. If you don’t agree with my p+p charges please do not bid.
