Return of goods Refund / Exchange
Goods will only be accepted for return under the following terms:
 
•        All returns must be authorised and a returns number obtained
•        It is recommended all returns are sent back via a service that requires a signature and you obtain a cert of posting. We will not be held responsible for any items returned that are lost in transit.
•        The buyer emails us in the FIRST instance BEFORE returning and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of good.
•        All goods MUST be returned in the condition as dispatched. Any goods altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
•        The goods were NOT AS DESCRIBED and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of goods 
•        Goods for refunds (if accepted by us) - That are as described - will be subject to a fee of up to 20% for restocking
•        All items for exchange when purchased as described, buyers will be responsible for the return and reshipping expenses. 
The buyer pays the costs of the return postage.
Refunds for Goods Received damaged/broken in transit 
A refund will only be given for items damaged in transit if they have been insured. Refunds will only be paid after I have received payment from the insurers.

Postal / shipping charges will not be refunded as Royal Mail and Parcel Force no longer refund these charges when claims are paid. Cost of goods only will be paid.

Postage, Packing and Shipping
All multiple purchases will be added together to save postal charges. Please wait until we can send a combined invoice. If you pay before a combined invoice is sent we will not refund the excess postal charges.
 
REFUNDS for Goods Received damaged or broken in transit

A refund WILL ONLY be given for item/s damaged in transit under the following terms where the above procedure has been followed completely:
•        The goods were shipped with insurance, failure to pay for this service at the time of payment will not be covered. 
•        All packaging is to be retained by the buyer, for inspection by the Postal Authorities, in the event of such a request by them
•        Refunds will only be paid once we have been paid by the relevant shipping insurance schemes
