require additional postage though (areas not included as standard are below)

N. Scotland and Isles off the mainland will incur an additional delivery
charges.
Additional delivery charges are determined by location and weight and can be
SUBSTANTIAL so if in any of the areas listed then PLEASE GET A QUOTE before
purchasing an item (call with your postcode and product name)
Delivery and receiving
Receiving Your Item - Your INSURANCE!
Please
allow up to 48 working hours for your order to be processed and item
dispatched. Standard delivery by courier will then take 2-3 working days
after being dispatched (Monday to Friday only)
Personal
cheques must clear the bank before shipping, (Usually 7 Working days) To
avoid delay in delivery please pay by Postal Order instead of Personal
cheque.
When you
receive your item you must check the packaging, if at all damaged you must
mark this on the form ('DAMAGED') when signing (signing as unchecked will
not sufficient). All damage to items must then be reported to us by
telephone or email within 24hours.
