We accept Credit/Debit cards over the telephone, call us on 0845 224 0841. We accept payment by paypal, which allows you to pay using your credit or debit card without signing up. We also accept Credit/Debit cards, postal/money orders, cheques and bank transfer. We will not dispatch any goods without the full payment clearing.

All orders are dispatched on the next working day if ordered before 3pm. However, some items may be dispatched directly from the manufacture and we cannot guarantee the delivery time on these items. Any item sent by courier to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of White and some other parts of Scotland will incur a premium on the shipping price. This is not set by us, but our courier and we make no profit on postage charges. Once you place your order and payment is received you will receive an email from us confirming delivery times.

The customer agrees to contact the company before returning any goods. Every third party product you buy from us is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. If the customer does not want the goods or is not satisfied then the goods can be returned if they are fully re-sellable and subject to a restocking charge of 10% of the original price. We are not responsible for shipping fees for returns. Under no circumstances will the Company accept the return of an opened software package unless it is faulty. By breaking the seal, the Customer accepts the licence between the Customer and the software manufacturer. The Customer acknowledges that in all cases all Goods shall be returned to the Company using only a carrier approved by the Company and in cases where the Customer uses an unapproved carrier the Customer shall be liable for all costs, losses, damages or other charges incurred by the Company in relation to the use by the Customer of the unapproved carrier. Risk in any Goods that the Customer is returning to the Company shall remain with the Customer until the Goods have been delivered to the Company's premises and accepted by the Company.
