These are tested A grade condition from system part outs, many from new and refurbished computers. There are no scratches or blemishes on the viewable screen. We warranty against 3 or more dead pixels.
Manufactures use many different model parts in the same model computer and they are not all compatible with each other. Please check your model number before bidding. Manufacturer's part number may vary.

| Return Policy |
- No return/exchange/warranty after 90 days. NO Exceptions!
- All items are security tagged. Tampering or removing this tag will void the warranty.
- DOA products, Deviations, Short-shipments must be reported within 3 business days from delivered date.
- All returns must include a valid RMA# RMA Department
- RMA # only valid within 14 business days from issued date.
- Returned packages with an invalid or expired RMA# will not be accepted.
- Warranty/RMA number will be invalidated and a restocking fee will apply if returned products are not in original packaging with all accessories.
- All defectives product will be replaced within warranty period.
- All refunds are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Full refund of purchase price will be issued if replacement is not available for defective product.
- No UPS pick up service for all return merchandise.
- To return an item purchased on an eBay auction you must use this RMA Form.
- Shipping/Return-shipping costs are not refundable.
