  • FANTASTIC: item is like new or in near-mint condition.
  • GOOD: item has very minor wear.
  • POOR: item has significant wear or damage,
    which will be detailed in the Product Description.

Shipping

Shipping and insurance are charged at a flat rate and are non-negotiable. Items are shipped within 2 business days after we receive your     payment.  We will discount shipping on multiple purchases. Insurance is strongly recommended – we cannot be responsible for lost or   damaged items if the buyer does not purchase insurance.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We will ship Priority Mail at your request or IF we feel the items needs to be shipped that way.
We will ship by Parcel Post on heavier items and Media Mail on all Media Materials i.e. all printed material, movies, music, etc.  Also, if item is less than 13 ounces, We will ship by 1st Class Mail.  We do whatever we can to keep the cost of shipping down.

International Shipping

Generally the same rules for domestic shipping apply. 

Lost or Damaged Items:

At times, shipments may be delayed in transit. Please allow 10 business days before considering that your package has been lost by the carrier. If your item is damaged please see the section, “RETURN POLICY” and follow the instructions.  If your item is lost in transit the USPS has on-line tracking service which allows us to track your package through them. 

 

Payment

We will send your invoice via e-mail within 24 hours of your auction win. If you have purchased multiple items, PLEASE wait to pay AFTER you receive your COMPLETE invoice this ALLOWS US TO GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT.  Acceptable payment PayPal. Please note : Payment must be received within 7 days after your purchase or purchases.

Return Policy

Received wrong item?
You must e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect item. We will send the correct item as soon as the wrong item is returned. In addition, your postage for return of the incorrect item will be refunded to you.

All other return issues (including lost or damaged items), will be handled as follows:

Contact us via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your item. Your message must include the following:

  • eBay item number
  • Method of payment
  • Name and address
  • Description of the problem

You will receive an e-mail response with a Resolution Procedure list. An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued if necessary. Please use the RMA number in the subject line of all e-mail correspondence; also mark the RMA number on the mailing label for any returned items.

Item return policies:

We will give refunds-BUT-ONLY through Paypal and you MUST return item/items to robbinsplace.  Buyer is responsible for RETURN POSTAGE EXPENSE and we REQUIRE THAT YOU SEND IT BACK TO US WITH ARRIVAL CONFIRMATION if it is are mistake we pay for the return postage--then we pay your refund (this is to insure that your return arrives to us and that your refund is sent to you). We will refund your money for original winning amount and initial shipping paid.   If your item is damaged in shipping and you purchased insurance on the item, we will send you the necessary information to file a claim with the Post Office.
