Quoted Postal rates are for UK mainland deliveries, or for lighter items, any UK post code. Please contact us for a quotation on heavier items sent via carrier for Highlands, Islands, Off shore addresses etc. Overseas customers please contact us for prices on delivery BEFORE placing your bid or B.I.N. purchase.

WE ONLY SHIP TO REGISTERED PAYPAL ADDRESSES

Returns & Refunds
Refunds are for the cost of goods only, less a 10% restocking fee (unless the item is faulty).
Postage charges are not refundable unless there is some error on our part or there is a fault with the product.
Please contact us before sending back an item for exchange, credit of refund.
Postage is payable by the customer for our costs in sending out the exchange item if the original item was supplied as ordered.
Auction Items - All auction items are final sales exchanges or refunds are not available.
Defective Items - In the unlikely event that an item is faulty on receipt please return it to us immediately with any packaging for refund or replacement. If an item develops a fault after use please contact us with details. Some manufacturers will require inspection of the item before authorizing replacement. In any event no replacement or refund will be given until the offending item is received back by us.
Clothing - Items that have been printed or customized are final sales & no refund or exchange is possible.
Time Scales - Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with as soon as possible. This is normally within 7 days, but please allow an extra few days for the refund to show on your card statement.
Returning an Item - No exchanges or refunds can be given until the goods are returned.
We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us

Prices & Delivery Charges
We ship to registered PayPal addresses only.
We use an automated system, please do not send separate e mails or notes on PayPal payments asking for items to be send to an alternative address
All orders are double checked before dispatch, however, if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
Our shipping charges are shown on each listing.
We do offer discounts on carriage for multi-buys.
Dispatch times - All listed items are held in stock at our local depot & are available for immediate dispatch. We try to ensure orders are processed & shipped within 2 working days of confirmed payment, but please allow extra time at busy periods.
