Set in the 1920`s, it`s your job to take over the city, any way you can (murder, bribe, steel, etc.). A combination of Sim City like style (it`s a fake city, and the only connection to the `real world` is the era) and turn-based planning, where you have lieutenants to control and do the dirty work for you. The more blocks in the city you take over, the more people you have loving your work, making it easier to control each area. But be careful, there are other gangs out there that may not like your work, so blood can get spilled easily.
