Terms, Services and Delivery Details

Postage –

Postage costs reflect the weight and size of the item and the packaging required to protect it during its transit. We normally use Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce 48, quality services that provide on line tracking.

Items will normally posted within ten working days, but may take up to 20 working days as we use re-cycled outer packaging and sometimes have to wait for suitable material for the item concerned.

Please note a faster confirmed delivery can be provided by agreement, so please email us and ask. Otherwise we consider 20 working days internal handling as a condition of sale! So please only bid and leave feedback on this understanding

We are always willing to consider postage to Europe and Worldwide - but please be aware that if you use Paypal to pay we are required to use a postal service that provides on line tracking which can be expensive, and in some cases impossible to find!

Quality-

Most items we have listed are vintage used items, and often have features that have been created during years of use. We make every effort to honestly describe the items and any significant defects they have but please be aware that unless described as mint there will be signs of general wear and tear!

If problems occur, it is our policy to contact the other party to seek a positive solution. We would request that buyers do likewise if there are any issues relating to the goods or services we offer.

Items can be collected from our base on the North West Norfolk Coast, see further details on the page in our eBay shop, We would be happy to send you directions by email if required.
