The moving crew are a removal/light haulage company based in Gravesend, Kent.  Our fleet consists of transit lwb and large Luton vans.  We deliver any item from a TV to a fridge up to a 3 bed house.  Our vehicles are equipped with SatNav, protective blankets, ties, bubble wrap and £5,000 Goods in Transit insurance as standard.  Please find below information on how we operate, payment terms and times.  Our staff are uniformed, polite and professional.

How we operate

Our vans leave the depot every Monday morning on a round trip through Kent, Essex, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall.  All goods are collected and delivered within 10 days but most within 7 days.  Collections and deliveries within Kent are within a 2/3 day period. 

Our prices are based on one man and a van - so help for larger items will be required at either end.  Additional men are available for an extra cost.  If you require a quicker delivery/ collection please email and we will do our best to help you.  We will contact you the day before collection/delivery and give you a time within a 2 hour slot so you do not have to wait in all day.

We use our own vans and men.  We do not sub-contract which gives you peace of mind that your goods stay with us.

What do we need from you?

It would help us if you could supply as much information as below:

1. The collection address, postcode, contact name and number
2. The delivery address, postcode, contact name and number
3. Item description, size and weight
4. EBay item number if applicable
5. Access restrictions
6. Available times of collection/delivery

Our vans also have tow bars which means we can collect/deliver or just move the following:

• Boats
• trailer tents
• caravans
• trailers
• motor bike / mopeds
• and anything else not mentioned above.  Just email your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
