This is NOT a transfer ... the ink/dye is permanently bonded to the glaze of the mug, therefore it will not crack, peel or fade; nor will the colours run in the dishwasher.

We believe that the safe arrival of your mug is more important than the delivery of a broken mug in a pretty presentation box.  Therefore all our mugs are individually packed in a specially designed moulded polystyrene mugmailer to ensure safe transit in the post.
