Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the receipt of cleared funds*.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.
If you have not received your order after 7 days please contact us whereby will do what we can.
However please be aware that Recorded Delivery is not a trackable service. There is nothing we are able to do other than ask the Post Office to investigate.
Please note packages sent by Royal Mail are not deemed 'Lost' until 15 Working Days
have passed and as such no replacements or refunds will be issued until after this time.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For service.
This is a 3 - 5 working day, insured service that is tracked until the package leaves the UK and will require a signature upon delivery.
Due to Paypals shipping policies, International shipping costs now include compulsory insurance. Customers are protected against loss/damage using this service.

Returns for Refund are accepted up to 7 days from receipt of goods.
Goods must be returned complete, in their original packaging with ALL components,
Unused, in a re-salable condition. Only the product purchase price will be refunded,
P&P cannot be refunded.
If goods are returned either used, incomplete or with damaged packaging, no refund
will be issued and the customer will be liable for the return postage cost.
In the unlikely event of your goods being DOA (Dead on Arrival)we must be notified
within 2 days of receipt, whereupon we will authorise the return, inspect and test the
product and subject to confirming the fault, send a new replacement and refund return postage.
For claims under warranty please contact us first, whereupon we will authorise the
return, test/inspect the product and subject to confirming the fault, issue a like for
like replacement. Please note it is the customers liability and responsibility to ensure
the safe return of any goods claimed under warranty.
IMPORTANT : If any item is returned as faulty (DOA or Warranty) and upon
inspection/test there is no fault found, the original item will be returned to the
customer, no return postage will be refunded and the customer will be liable for
additional delivery costs equal to the original delivery charge.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION :NO REFUNDS will be issued after 7 days from receipt of
goods. All goods will subject to the terms of their warranty and will be replaced if neccessary.
