If you are unsatisfied with your item or it arrives damaged please contact us via email within 7 working days of receipt to arrange a refund or replacement.
Refunds for damaged items will be for the full cost of the item including postage and packing charges, we will also refund the return postage costs.
Refunds for unwanted items will be for the full cost of the item including original postage and packing charges on the condition the items are returned undamaged and in a fully resalable condition. Buyers are responsible for paying return postage costs of unwanted, undamaged items.
Unwanted or damaged items must be returned within 14 days of receipt by recorded delivery to qualify for a refund.
Please always contact us first before posting items back to obtain a refund reference number and to resolve any issues.
